She will be legal advisor for what concerns civil and business law (family successions and donations, property rights, partnerships and joint stock companies) and she will be responsible of the analysis and preparation of contracts (typical, atypical and regulated civil and business contracts).
Demarchi will also offer professional support in judicial matters, in ordinary civil disputes, debt collection and in presenting motions to the competent jurisdictional bodies. Furthermore, she will guarantee assistance in the ordinary arbitrary procedures (including all the Assisted Negotiation and Mediation procedures).
