CARAVATI PAGANI’s team led by Piero Pagani, served as adviser to Scb Market Traders Srl, consulting company founded by Sergio Castelbolognesi, during the constitution of Exetra S.p.A., commercial trading company, highly specialized in the purchasing and selling of Italian products on foreign markets. Partner in the initiative is Intesa Sanpaolo.
Launching Exetra S.p.A., Intesa Sanpaolo decided to focus on the “Made in Italy” to strengthen and enhance the export of small and medium-sized enterprises’ Italian products. The new trading company will deal in Made in Italy products and, what is more, it will look after the crucial steps in the marketing operations.
